Telecane: Northeastern University Capstone Project

Northeastern University requires each engineering graduate to complete a capstone project. My team and I were tasked with creating a more portable and multi-terrain white cane. While we each touched every aspect of the project, I was most focused on the requirements writing/verification, design of the extension/retraction mechanism, and overall CAD assembly. Our team was awarded the Capstone Cup - an awarded decided on by a panel of judges after each capstone team gives their final presentation. Below are the slides from our final presentation.
